Our Firing Section Chief, SFC Starr Palmer, recommended to Captain Pascarella that I take
the college Level GED's given at the US Army Learning Center located on Bosenheimer Strasse,
no more than 600 ft. to the west of Des Gouttes Kaserne.

Many of us took advantage of the services offered at the Learning Center.
Quite popular was trying to learn basic conversational German from 33 -1/3 LP records.
