The man standing on the nose cone is an Air Show photographer.

Note also a Battery A man on the missile at the body section air vane.

He is SP4 Henry W. "Zig" Zasada, from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

"Zig" Zasada and John Jardine were hotel roomates on the Paris Air Show trip.

"Zig" Zasada was with the original Battery A contingent from Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama
that deployed to Germany in June 1958. He left Germany for discharge in the summer of 1959.
